This inscription acknowledges a contribution my friend Kyu Kyu's family made to the pagoda when they visited in 1989. Although they know of it, none of them has actually seen it -- Kyu Kyu was extremely surprised when I showed her the print. She was happy to receive it though. She's going to duplicate it and send it to her mother. (Thwim Aung was the one who noticed this; I most certainly don't know what it says.)
